Designing for a Dynamic and Collaborative Workforce

Every team has its own way of working, and providing flexible options for how they approach tasks throughout the day is essential to fostering productivity and creativity.

For Redbubble’s San Francisco office, I collaborated closely with building and facilities teams to drive key improvements to the office’s layout, branding, and material choices. I also partnered with Redbubble artists to enhance our meeting and workspace, incorporating thoughtful design elements that support our neurodiverse employees.

Space planning, stakeholder and vendor management are core strengths of mine, but I also bring these skills to the event space—whether organizing corporate gatherings, fundraising events, or cultural celbrations.
