Amplifying voices, Honoring Identities, and Celebrating People

In People and Culture, we’re all about creating a workplace where a wide range of perspectives not only thrive but fuel creativity, innovation, and meanigful collaboration.

With each event, I strive to cultivate a sense of belonging, honoring the rich tapestry of experiences, identities and backgrounds that make our team unique. By embracing our differences, we discover new ways to connect, innovate, and grow together. From gender and LGBTQIA+ identities to neurodiversity, cultural traditions and religious observances—my past initiatives have aimed to create an environment where every individual feels seen, heard and valued.

Through remote and in-person programs I take joy in creating spaces for inspiration, learning, and healing. Building environments where people feel safe, supported and able to collaborate—whether for work or leisure— is one of my greatest passions.
